Pre-Event: At 8:00 AM, Arthur Wind Drive becomes a one-way road to the National Arena (East). From this direction, turn left onto Roosevelt, right onto Stanton Terrace, right onto Mountain View Ave, right onto Arthur Wint Drive into the parking lot.
Police checkpoints will be located at the intersection of Roosevelt Avenue and Stanton Terrace, and the intersection of Mountain View Avenue and Arthur Wint Drive.
Only vehicles with VIP passes can pass through these checkpoints to the National Arena.
There is no walkway along Arthur Wint Drive from Gate E4 to the Bob Marley statue at the intersection of Roosevelt Avenue. This area will be pedestrian only.
Residents moving from Mountain View Avenue to Loft Apartments are permitted.
